Inventivity consultants have extensive experience with a range of clients from start-ups to mature companies.  Over the years, one of the specialties that Dan Doman has developed is working with clients that require systems changes and reconstruction even as they are expanding their businesses.

DoubleClick, which provides technology and services that empower marketers, agencies and web publishers to work together successfully and profit from their digital marketing investments, was one such client.

“Our challenge was to reconstruct the DoubleClick system,” said Doman, “even as the transactions grew logarithmically and the functional demands became increasingly complex.”

What Dan and the Inventivity team brought to the project was a knowledge that the software and process solutions might not always be elegant but that they had to work even as they were being installed.  “When you’re dealing with a client with a successful business,” says Doman, “the key is to recognize that business continuity is the primary goal and that you can backfill to make it ‘pretty’ later.”

It is the pragmatic approach that combines a strategic view with tactical steps that sets Inventivity aside and which led to the success of the DoubleClick assignment.
