The low cost travel service provider askedInventivity to lead a team of developers to improve the company's live site in the competitive travel segment. The team provided leadership and guidance to the head of engineering of the Hotwire technology organization.

Among the successfully projects was the development of metrics that led to significant improvements in bug discovery, fix rates and development time.
