Additionally, we offer a range of rapid-assessment evaluations of the overall condition of a technology organization and the strategic state of the product and core technologies. We look to improve your technology organization through extensive recommendations for the CIO, CTO, VP-Engineering and technology leadership.

TEAM

Inventivity uses senior technologists with significant technology, management, and business experience to conduct your review. Our work is focused on listening to your team and examining your environment. Together, the two Inventivity principals have over 30 years of technology management experience — they have held positions ranging from software developers to senior management in both large, established enterprises and small startups.

SCOPE

Inventivity can examine your overall organization and its relationship and alignment with the rest of the business, or focus on specific aspects of a wide range of IT and software projects ranging from mainframe to client-server, medical software to retail and sales tools to web projects, embedded software to shrink-wrap software to supply chains or corporate IT initiatives such as CRM, infrastructure architecture, or EAI. Our work requires cooperation and access to senior technology team members (VP, Directors, lead coders/architects) as well as time spent with developers at senior and junior levels.

In the Methodology section, we call out eight topics of concentration within our general evaluations. You can select any or all of those eight and we will construct an evaluation tailored to your needs.
